In the next 10 years, the importance of the human biome and nutrition as medicine will move into the mainstream. This is partly due to the massive disruption of healthy eating caused by modern living and mass produced food.
Our brain runs on fuel, and if it doesn’t receive proper nutrients, it can affect our mental state. Dr. Hyla Cass was one of the early adopters of energy psychology techniques, and as powerful as they are, she found they work much better when clients practice good nutrition.
Do you know how to assess your clients for the most important nutritional factors that may be disrupting their energy, neurology, internal biome, emotions and behavior? If you really want to help clients in a holistic manner, you will need to become more deeply aware of nutrition as energy medicine.
Hyla Cass is one of the pioneers in this field, and we’re excited that she is a speaker at our conference. In this video, Dr Cass starts us on our journey and includes several tips you can use right now.
Please watch it. Tell us what you think on our Facebook page. Then come to the conference to further your skills. This is only one of the many amazing trainings you can experience during your 3, 4 or 5 days in Reston.
